  1. Hmm.. a good health challenge would be to not sit for more than 1 hour in a row. might be hard to do at work, but you do need to take your breaks and sitting for too long is bad

  2. Challenge yourself to "WALK" for 1 week... Every morning before starting your day take a 30 minute walk around your neighborhood, park your car as far away from any building you may be visiting (store, work, etc), take the stairs (if possible) instead of the elevator or escalator, Walk your neighborhood and challenge yourself to meet at least one new neighbor that you didn't know. With this not only will you get some exercise in, you will also become more aware of your surroundings.

  3. i think a great challenge is to not eat anything after a certain time, say 7 pm. i'm convinced that does great things for your metabolism.

  4. Each week try to give up one bad treat until you are eating 100% clean. After a month of eating clean treats can be ate once a week.
